She wants everything, but she sits still and thinks of nothing.
It’s happened before. It’s happening now. But it won’t anymore.
Then as if fabricated by the utter absence of intent,
She switches off the music and sits in silence.
And as if fabricated by the total lack of thoughts and activity,
He appears, out of nowhere, and sits next to her.
Side by side they sit.
But nothing stirs.
Silence.
Nothing lights the skin on their faces.
Darkness.
He allows her a long comfortable silence.
She doesn’t.
He thinks she’s absorbed in thoughts.
She doesn’t think what he’s thinking.
Is that it?
Warped Mind
My brain, (if i had one) must be some weird, new age, reincarnation thing ... hmmm, yeah, that seems to be the most likely solution!

When God launched the earth in this universe, things looked a lot different from what it is now. The grass was red and the sky was green. And Santa Claus make an issue out of it, he said it looked too christmasy and people might have a brand recall mix-up. So Eve was hired as a freelance designer. She suggested a blue-purple colour combo. Adam thought it was too feminine. He would have personally liked a black-green combo. Noah however though pink-white would make all the people happy and err… gay! Now God was in a fix. He couldn’t offend Eve for obvious reasons. Neither could he go against the brawn-power of Adam. And pink-white was way too sissy, for his liking. So blue-green it was, till the issue was discussed again by the blogwhores, blogaddicts. blogpimps, blogsluts, blogjerks, blogbitches, blogarazzi, blogwives, blogaholics, bloggenious, blogculprits and blogvictims.
Blogvirgins won of course. Now, to celebrate, let’s watch the ‘fat is nice’ campaign featuring Missy Elliot wearing compact discs.

I don't know, I think I would have liked my surroundings all pink and white. Imagine a serene white sky with wispy pink cotton-candyey clouds! But that's probably just too much cartoons-for-few-year-olds in me talking.
Oh, that, and God's a she. - Vincent said...

Heidi Klum's plugging a "fat is nice" campaign? When did she switch over from the "snort till you're thin" campaign? Or am I thinking of Kate Moss?

Voices
In my head
Soothingly restless
Sensibly frantic
Silently echoing
In numb distress
Fighting for space
Crucifying my mind
Making me scream
Waiting for the pain to die inside my brain
Yearning for its time to come again
And the dance goes on
A myriad voices stand along
Living without reason
Dying for the shot
The voice comes to me
With its fatal remedy
Burning in my veins
Like a dead man come alive
Writhing in my pain
The fallen voice laughs
And I feel his voice in me
Resonating in a never-ending agony
I show no resistance
Indeed, it must be a dream
That’s just hurting me

Languid screams resonate forcefully, through vague voids.
Fading away into a
*Drip*
Flooding the twosome tinkling glasses
Bright red love portion
Or is it… Raw Bitter Bloody Blood?
Drinking it in tiny gulps.
He relishes every drop.
The last drop plays around his tongue.
Like a luscious sweet petal of sin.
Like the sweet anguished symphony of a thousand violins.
Like a delirious whisper of a weakling that’s become a prey to the mighty beast.
As the last one goes down the throat…
I write my life down on a napkin
Put it down on the table
He wipes his mouth with it.
The words go awry.

I wondered, What's wrong with me ?
What's going to happen to me ?
How can I go on ?
Without acceptable treatment,

I moved to the room outside
Hoping that the wind would spare me, my spirit
I found a wren, a close confide
I turned to the trees to hear it
Though I knew its song was through
A backward glance would wing it
I tendered soft rain to ease the pain
And let all the dark clouds ring it
A crystal voice prepared my name
It bade me soon to follow
The nagging worries also came
The dark and fearsome hollow
The silent seat
The open door
The outside conversations built with heat
The thoughts that roar
"Hold fast, belay suspicion!"

Some of the lines here can be sung (almost) to the metre of Bob Dylan's "Gates of Eden". Coincidence?

SO?
I mean, thoughts will roar. Different thoughts, different roars. And each will create a different emotion. Dark and fearsome hollows. Bright halos. What's the mystery in it. Be prepared!!! :P - death said...

I wonder if this means what I think it does!
And the dangling conversation
And the superficial sighs
Are the borders of our lives
Yet there is something that binds them
Maybe
i think that you think that he thinks what she's thinking...
but did she really think what he's not thinking what you think he's thinking and what i think he's not thinking...
this one has also got me thinking...
now that's a tough one to crack...
That's it... enjoy the silence :)
Hi J !
You are a very creative girl when it comes to writing. Keep it up !!! Nice work !!!
peace
